As a Travel Solutions Specialist, you'll help travelers evaluate options, organize travel plans, and access resources that support successful and enjoyable trips. Primary Duties Work with clients to identify travel preferences, goals, and trip requirements Explore destination options, accommodations, cruises, transportation services, and vacation packages Assist with arranging travel components through approved supplier networks Provide information regarding available travel experiences, special offers, and destination features Support clients with reservation requests and trip preparation activities Review itineraries and booking information to help ensure accuracy Maintain detailed client records and organized digital files Monitor supplier announcements, travel updates, and promotional opportunities Communicate professionally through phone, email, and online platforms Participate in virtual learning sessions and ongoing development programs Desired Skills Applicants who thrive in this role often demonstrate: Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective time-management and organizational habits Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment Confidence using web-based applications and digital tools Strong attention to detail when managing travel information Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems Reliable internet connection and basic computer knowledge

Requirements
