Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, self‑motivated individuals to become Customer Support Chat Representatives for our Facebook Business Account. In this entry‑level, work‑from‑home position, you will be the front line of communication, delivering fast, friendly, and accurate assistance to shoppers who reach out via Facebook Messenger. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure each interaction leaves a positive impression of the arenaflex brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer messages on the arenaflex Facebook Business Account within established service level agreements.
  • Provide clear, concise, and courteous answers to product‑related questions, order status inquiries, and return or exchange requests.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical or account issues, guiding customers step‑by‑step to a resolution.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior support agents or specialized departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are captured for future reference.
  • Monitor real‑time chat metrics, identify recurring pain points, and share insights with the Quality Assurance and Product teams.
  • Stay current on arenaflex product launches, promotions, and policy updates to provide up‑to‑date information.
  • Collaborate with fellow chat reps, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams to continuously improve service standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (associate degree or higher is a plus).
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 45 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency with web browsers, chat platforms, and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download) and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to align with peak customer traffic.
