If you are energized by the idea of supporting an organization that genuinely changes lives, we invite you to explore this exciting role.

Project Overview and Duration

This contract position supports a critical benefits data migration initiative within the Care Delivery department at arenaflex. The project is scheduled to run from April 29, 2024 through project completion, with an estimated end date of July 19, 2024. We are looking for candidates who can commit to 40 or more hours per week during this engagement. We understand that life is busy, and we appreciate flexibility in scheduling—candidates may select their preferred hours and days, provided they can reliably meet the workload demands and project deadlines.

This is a contractor role and is not eligible for the benefits and perks offered to full-time employees. The hourly rate for this position is $25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Migration Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play an essential role in ensuring that critical benefits information transitions accurately and efficiently from legacy systems into our modernized tooling. Your work will directly support the team responsible for member navigation, coaching, and care coordination. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Data Transfer and Migration: Carefully transfer benefits data from historical documentation into our new platform tooling with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring that all information is captured completely and correctly.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain clear, thorough, and organized records of all work performed, including data sources, processing notes, and any discrepancies or issues encountered during migration.
  • Team Communication and Collaboration: Engage regularly with the Care Delivery Team at arenaflex, which is responsible for member navigation and coaching. Share updates, flag concerns, and work cooperatively to resolve any data inconsistencies or process questions.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established workflows and structured processes meticulously, identifying opportunities for clarification or improvement while maintaining consistency with team standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Review your own work for completeness and accuracy before submission, helping to uphold the high data integrity standards that arenaflex is known for.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Support additional tasks and projects within the Care Delivery scope as the needs of the team evolve throughout the engagement.
