This position requires an individual who is not only proficient in data entry but who also understands the importance of information integrity in driving business outcomes. You will serve as a critical link between our marketing, sales, and operations departments, ensuring that every property listing reflects the most current and accurate information available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listing Accuracy and Updates: Ensure all property listings are consistently up-to-date and accurately reflect current property details, market positioning, pricing adjustments, and availability. Proactively identify and implement necessary changes as market conditions evolve.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with arenaflex's marketing and sales departments to gather comprehensive information needed for compelling and accurate property listings. Facilitate seamless communication between teams to ensure alignment on all listing-related matters.
  • Quality Assurance and Integrity: Conduct systematic and regular quality checks on all entered data to maintain the highest standards of data integrity. Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize errors and inconsistencies.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies, inconsistencies, or issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with relevant departments to address root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Research and Information Gathering: Proactively research and collect relevant property information from various sources, including public records, market reports, and internal documentation, to enrich listing content and ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property valuations, and competitive landscape. Apply this knowledge to update property data in ways that reflect current market realities and opportunities.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of all data entry activities, corrections, and updates. Generate reports as needed to inform team members and management about listing status and data quality metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall efficiency. Contribute ideas for system enhancements and workflow optimizations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in business administration, real estate, marketing, or a related field is considered a significant advantage.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles where accuracy and attention to detail were paramount. Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is highly valued.
