The Associate, Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth Specialist is a pivotal member of arenaflex’s sales engine. You will be the voice that bridges the gap between our cutting‑edge products and the customers who need them. By mastering the art of consultative selling, you will not only secure new contracts but also nurture existing relationships, ensuring long‑term loyalty and recurring revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Own a defined territory and collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve and exceed revenue‑based quotas through renewals, upsell opportunities, and new contract acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts that inform senior leadership and drive resource allocation.
  • Demonstrate mastery of arenaflex’s product portfolio and technical service offerings to assess client needs and position solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns or roadblocks that hinder product adoption, working closely with internal support and product teams.
  • Navigate competitive pressures by articulating differentiators, handling objections, and converting prospects into satisfied, long‑term customers.
  • Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound communications—phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings—while maintaining a professional and personable demeanor.
  • Maintain meticulous records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all interactions, opportunities, and outcomes are captured in real time.
  • Execute end‑to‑end sales motions, including lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and contract renewal processes, acting as the “voice of the customer” within arenaflex.
  • Partner with your Sales Manager and cross‑functional teams to continuously improve sales tactics, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a customer‑service or sales role, preferably within a high‑volume, technology‑focused environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing personal and team sales quotas, with a track record of consistent performance.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and data‑driven tools quickly, enabling you to become an expert on arenaflex’s solutions.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client challenges.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Ability to comfortably commute to arenaflex’s Nashville, TN hub (or work remotely where applicable) and adapt to a hybrid work model.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, cloud services, or enterprise technology sales, providing a deeper understanding of the market dynamics arenaflex operates within.
  • Certification or formal training in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to interpret sales metrics and drive strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack) and a self‑motivated work ethic.
