Position Overview

The Remote Data Entry Specialist – Legal Document e‑Filing & Verification Expert is a critical member of arenaflex’s e‑Fulfillment and e‑Filing teams. In this role you will review, process, and file a wide variety of legal documents using our custom‑built online platforms. You will work closely with project managers, compliance officers, and technology specialists to ensure every filing meets the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality. This is a full‑time, remote position based in Puerto Rico, offering a supportive environment where you can develop specialized expertise in legal document management while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Review & Filing: Examine incoming legal documents for completeness, correct formatting, and compliance with jurisdictional rules before uploading them to arenaflex’s secure e‑filing system.
  • System Utilization: Operate internal web‑based tools, email platforms, and proprietary databases to track, log, and archive filings accurately.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct spot‑checks and automated validation procedures to identify discrepancies, missing signatures, or formatting errors.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the e‑Fulfillment team to troubleshoot filing problems, respond to client inquiries, and resolve any technical or procedural obstacles.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑share meetings to stay current on evolving legal filing standards and arenaflex’s technology enhancements.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects, data migration initiatives, and process‑improvement studies as assigned by supervisors.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, generate status reports, and contribute to performance metrics that drive operational excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications in office administration, legal studies, or related fields are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak fluent English with strong written communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 50–60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks without sacrificing quality.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating web‑based applications.
