Your contributions will directly influence store profitability, customer satisfaction scores, and the overall energy of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest warmly, maintain eye contact, and demonstrate genuine interest in their needs.
  • Assist customers and patients with product inquiries, service options, and store navigation, ensuring a seamless journey from entry to checkout.
  • Resolve issues promptly, answer questions accurately, and follow through until the guest is fully satisfied.
  • Share best‑practice service habits with teammates, reinforcing a culture of proactive assistance, need identification, and thorough service completion.

Operations & Transaction Management

  • Operate assigned cash registers efficiently, processing sales, returns, voids, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges with precision.
  • Collect cash, dispense change, and handle electronic payment methods while adhering to arenaflex’s financial controls.
  • Recommend complementary items, trade‑up products, and promotional merchandise to enhance the guest’s purchase experience.
  • Maintain clean, organized counters and shelves; execute merchandising standards, restock shelves, and conduct inventory checks as directed.
  • Price new merchandise, perform price adjustments, and ensure accurate labeling in coordination with the store manager or shift leader.
  • Implement arenaflex asset‑protection procedures to minimize shrinkage and safeguard store profitability.
  • Comply with all state and local regulations concerning regulated products such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco items.

Merchandising & Visual Presentation

  • Construct and maintain eye‑catching displays, including promotional, seasonal, and super‑structure setups.
  • Execute store resets and revisions according to visual guidelines, ensuring a fresh and engaging shopping environment.
  • Assist with food‑safety protocols: separate raw from pre‑cooked items, follow shelf‑placement rules, and rotate stock using the first‑in‑first‑out (FIFO) method.

Specialized Service Areas

  • Provide dedicated customer service in the photo department, operating digital passport photo stations, poster printers, and creative machines.
  • Suggest and upsell promotional photo products, enhancing the guest’s experience and contributing to departmental sales goals.
  • Manage web‑pick‑up responsibilities: monitor online orders placed through arenaflex’s digital platform, pick items accurately, and deliver them to guests upon arrival.

  • Proficiency in operating photo‑service equipment and an eye for detail in image quality.
  • Basic knowledge of web‑order fulfillment processes and the ability to manage pick‑up logistics.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
  • Team‑oriented mindset, with a willingness to support colleagues during busy periods.
