Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop scalable backend services that handle high‑volume ticket routing, case management, and data analytics for the support platform.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, data scientists, and operations teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Lead the full development lifecycle – from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and post‑release monitoring.

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering large‑scale, highly available services (microservices, APIs, data pipelines).
