Key Responsibilities

  • Mail & Correspondence Management: Sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and internal communications across the arenaflex campus and satellite locations.
  • Postage & Mail Account Oversight: Manage postage accounts, track mailing expenses, and ensure timely delivery of packages and documents.
  • Office Supply Coordination: Monitor inventory of office supplies, order replenishments, and maintain clean, organized common areas.
  • IT Meeting Support: Set up virtual and physical IT meetings, prepare conference rooms, and dismantle equipment after sessions conclude.
  • ID Badge Administration: Create, replace, and deactivate employee and visitor ID badges for the IT department, adhering to security protocols.
