Role Overview – What You’ll Do

The Customer Service Representative position at arenaflex is designed for individuals who are dependable, enthusiastic, and eager to make a difference. Starting as a part‑time role, high‑performing team members have the opportunity to transition to full‑time within the first 90 days. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every member interaction—whether by phone, in‑person, or through digital channels—is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incoming & Outgoing Calls: Answer member inquiries promptly, provide accurate information, and follow up on any open issues.
  • Troubleshoot Member Issues: Identify, diagnose, and resolve concerns ranging from membership billing to class scheduling, always aiming for first‑call resolution.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input member data, update contact information, and maintain detailed logs of interactions in our CRM system.
  • Member Onboarding Support: Guide new members through the sign‑up process, explain membership benefits, and ensure a smooth transition into the arenaflex community.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and fitness coaching teams to relay member feedback and improve overall service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer service experience (minimum 6 months preferred).

  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with data entry, email, and CRM platforms.
