Role Overview

We are seeking a Remote Part‑Time Online Chat Support Specialist to join the arenaflex team. In this role, you will be the friendly voice (or text) behind our clients’ websites, responding to live chat inquiries, guiding shoppers through the purchase journey, and providing helpful information that drives sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to live chat messages on client websites, ensuring a response time of under 30 seconds whenever possible.
  • Answer customer questions about products, services, pricing, and availability with accurate, concise information.

  • Assist customers in navigating the arenaflex platform (formerly Squarespace) to locate product details, size guides, and support resources.
  • Process orders, verify payment details, and confirm shipping information while maintaining data privacy and security standards.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate support tier, documenting the interaction for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to stay updated on current promotions, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Track key performance metrics such as chat volume, response time, satisfaction scores, and conversion rates, providing regular feedback to management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
