About arenaflex – Powering Connections, Empowering Lives

At arenaflex, we are more than a telecommunications leader – we are the invisible thread that weaves together the moments that matter in people’s daily lives. From streaming a favorite show, to video‑calling a loved one across the globe, to enabling a small business to accept online payments, our network fuels the modern world. Our mission is simple yet profound: connect people to what brings them joy. To achieve this, we rely on a passionate, innovative, and inclusive community that we proudly call the arenaflex Team. If you thrive in an environment where ideas are celebrated, where daring concepts are welcomed, and where personal growth is as important as business success, you’ve found your next home.

Why This Role Matters

Every interaction you have with a customer is a chance to reinforce the promise of arenaflex: reliable service, transparent billing, and a seamless digital experience. As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you will be the front‑line ambassador, turning everyday inquiries into opportunities to deepen relationships, solve problems, and introduce customers to the next generation of arenaflex products and services.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Answer inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with installations, service changes, disconnections, and product inquiries.
  • Identify needs through active listening and ask insightful questions to uncover opportunities for upselling arenaflex’s broadband, mobile, and entertainment solutions.
  • Conduct outreach to customers with past‑due balances, using respectful, solution‑focused communication to negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Investigate and resolve billing disputes, service interruptions, rate adjustments, and policy questions with accuracy and empathy.
  • Validate service orders for completeness, correct any errors, and ensure that every order reflects the customer’s true intent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams – from technical support to finance – to expedite resolutions and keep customers informed.
  • Document interactions in the arenax CRM system, capturing details that help future agents provide a consistent experience.
  • Adapt to schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional unscheduled shifts, to meet the dynamic needs of our business.
  • Participate in continuous learning through virtual training modules, product webinars, and peer‑to‑peer knowledge sharing.

Essential Qualifications – What We Need From You

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment, preferably with a focus on telecommunications or technology services.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle collections conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable using multiple software platforms simultaneously (CRM, billing, knowledge base).
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset – you enjoy digging into data to find the root cause of an issue.
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining a productive, distraction‑free workspace.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75 miles for occasional in‑person team huddles, training sessions, or corporate events.

Preferred Qualifications – Nice to Have

  • Experience with arenax or similar enterprise CRM systems.
  • Certification in customer service excellence (e.g., HDI, CCSP).
  • Familiarity with telecommunications terminology, broadband technologies, and mobile plans.
  • Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, to serve a diverse customer base.
  • Background in conflict resolution or mediation.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Active Listening: Capture the nuance of each customer’s concern and respond with tailored solutions.
  • Sales Acumen: Recognize cross‑sell and up‑sell moments without being pushy, aligning offers with genuine customer needs.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Manage your own emotions and read the emotional state of callers to de‑escalate tense situations.
  • Technical Literacy: Quickly learn new product features, service upgrades, and network enhancements.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high quality.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with peers, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams to deliver holistic solutions.

Career Growth & Development Opportunities

At arenaflex, your career trajectory is limited only by your ambition. As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you can progress to:

  • Senior Customer Advocate – lead a team of agents, mentor new hires, and shape best‑practice standards.
  • Team Lead / Supervisor – oversee a call‑center unit, manage performance metrics, and drive operational excellence.
  • Product Specialist – become an expert on a specific arenaflex product line, influencing roadmap decisions.
  • Operations Analyst – leverage data insights to improve workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Regional Sales Manager – transition into a field‑based role, managing territory sales and strategic partnerships.

We invest heavily in continuous learning: you’ll receive access to an online learning portal, tuition assistance for relevant courses, and regular workshops on emerging technologies, sales methodologies, and leadership development.
