Position Overview

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and external partners. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance over the phone and through email, performing high-volume data entry, and supporting our tax operations team by reaching out to various tax agencies to verify or obtain important information. You will also play an essential role in preparing, updating, and managing Excel spreadsheets that help our team track, analyze, and report on critical business data.

This is a full-time, 1st shift position scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a consistent routine that supports work-life balance. The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour, with the potential for growth and advancement within the company for high-performing team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and Efficient Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry into various internal systems and databases, ensuring all information is captured correctly, completely, and in a timely manner.
