Travel Industry Partnerships Manager - Americas (Remote Opportunity)

The Opportunity Mr & Mrs Smith is entering an exciting new phase of B2B distribution growth in the US. We are hiring a senior, external-facing travel partnerships manager to support the launch and long-term success of our US travel advisor distribution channels, while helping shape our longer-term approach to advisor-led distribution. This role will be the primary US-based point of contact for travel advisors and key distribution partners. It is a high-impact position, suited to someone comfortable operating autonomously, representing the business with credibility, and owning complex partnerships end-to-end. Alongside driving near-term commercial performance, the role will bring senior perspective and subject-matter expertise to help the business evaluate and prepare for future advisor-facing distribution opportunities.   • Act as the primary relationship owner for priority US distribution partners, working closely with partner business development and sales teams to drive adoption, engagement, and sustained growth.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with US travel advisors, positioning Mr & Mrs Smith as a preferred luxury accommodation partner.
  • Represent the Mr & Mrs Smith brand externally across the US advisor community, including at industry events, training sessions, and partner forums.
  • Operate as a trusted commercial partner to advisors, supporting them to maximise performance and long-term value.
  • Support the successful onboarding and activation of Mr & Mrs Smith across advisor channels, ensuring advisors are fully enabled and confident from day one.
