Key Responsibilities

• Lead podcast projects from initial concept development through to final distribution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand voice.
• Conduct thorough research, develop compelling episode outlines, and craft interview questions for various podcast series.
• Manage guest outreach, scheduling, and pre-interview preparation, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Oversee remote recording sessions, providing technical guidance and creative direction to hosts and guests.
• Perform advanced audio editing, mixing, and mastering, ensuring pristine sound quality, consistent levels, and engaging sound design.
• Implement effective strategies for integrating music, sound effects, and voice-overs to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on cover art, show notes, and promotional materials.
• Manage podcast distribution across major platforms (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts).
• Monitor podcast performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement and audience growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in podcast production and digital audio. Required Skills
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in podcast production or related audio content creation.
• Proficiency in professional audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Audacity).
• Strong understanding of audio recording techniques, mixing, mastering, and sound design principles.
• Exceptional storytelling and narrative structuring abilities.
