Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift (IL, NC, VA, WV, DE, FL)

We seek a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service. This role offers a remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to work from home. Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Utilize Zendesk to manage and track customer interactions, tickets, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of our product offerings, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within e-commerce or food service industries.
  • Ability to work 2nd shift (12:30pm - 9:00pm EST)
  • Experience with Zendesk or other customer service software is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Benefits:
