- Guide new hires through the onboarding journey, ensuring they receive all necessary documentation, system access, and introductory training.
- Maintain a detailed onboarding tracker to monitor progress and identify any gaps in the integration process.
Employee Relations & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR‑related inquiries submitted via chat, providing timely, accurate, and confidential responses.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, such as virtual town halls, pulse surveys, and recognition programs.
- Identify and address workplace concerns, escalating complex issues to senior HR partners when appropriate.

HR Administration & Data Management

Training & Development Coordination

Essential Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR role, preferably within a call‑center, contact‑center, or high‑volume customer service environment.
