Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated, empathetic, and driven professionals to join arenaflex as Remote Customer Service Representatives specializing in patient care and durable medical equipment support. This is a fully remote position that places you at the heart of our mission, serving as the vital first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and family members nationwide.   • This position is 100% remote and requires reliable, high-speed internet connectivity (mobile hotspots are not permitted).
  • The anticipated start date is October 21st, so candidates must be available to begin on this date.
  • The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule spanning between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Open availability is highly desired to accommodate varying shift needs.
  • All hires must complete a mandatory paid training program lasting six weeks, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Arizona time. 100% attendance during training is required.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play an instrumental role in delivering exceptional service experiences to every caller. Your key responsibilities will include:

Be the Voice of arenaflex

  • Handle a wide range of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Process requests related to the order and delivery of durable medical equipment, including scheduling, pickups, maintenance, and changes in service.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, business clients, drivers, and operations teams, ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints.

Provide Expert Assistance and Liaison Support

  • Act as a critical liaison between patients, caregivers, business clients, drivers, and internal operations teams to coordinate care and resolve inquiries.
  • Address concerns with compassion and efficiency, helping to shape the overall experience of every individual who contacts arenaflex.
  • Promote health and wellness by guiding patients through their healthcare journey, offering valuable resources and information to ensure they receive the highest quality care available.

Document Interactions with Precision

Schedule and Availability Details

This is a full-time remote position based in Arizona. The role requires flexibility to work shifts that may include:
