You’ll be the backbone of daily administrative functions, handling everything from meeting coordination to financial processing. Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, draft correspondence, and maintain organized filing systems.

- Office Supplies & Procurement: Order, receive, and distribute office supplies; manage P‑card transactions and ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing station events such as team lunches, recognition ceremonies, and special celebrations.
- Financial Processing: Process invoices through InvoiceWorks, handle expense reimbursements, and support payroll functions in Workbrain.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Track new‑hire onboarding tasks, including system access, badge issuance, fingerprinting, and training completion.
- Technology Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve office technology issues, including telephone and copier equipment.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate and maintain reports on performance, cost, compliance, and employee engagement; update manuals and safety documentation as needed.
- Safety & Regulatory Oversight: Maintain OSHA, safety, and other regulatory records; assist with monthly close‑out of landing charges and budget reconciliation.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Corporate Real Estate, vendors, and other departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
