Our mission is to build scalable, sustainable, and secure systems that keep the digital world running smoothly. As part of our relentless pursuit of excellence, we continuously invest in talent that can translate complex product designs into flawless manufacturing processes. This remote data entry role is a critical piece of that puzzle, ensuring that every component, test plan, and supply‑chain detail is captured accurately and efficiently.
Why This Role Matters
In the fast‑moving arena of hardware production, precision and consistency are non‑negotiable. The data you enter will directly influence how our manufacturing lines operate, how quality is measured, and how quickly new products move from concept to market. By joining arenaflex, you become an integral part of a team that shapes the backbone of the internet, cloud services, and next‑generation AI workloads. Your work will support product engineers, design architects, and quality specialists, ensuring that every bill of materials (BOM), test result, and engineering change order (ECO) is recorded with the highest level of integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain product data, test plans, and supply‑chain information in arenaflex’s Product Data Management (PDM) system.
- Collaborate with product engineers and design teams to translate technical specifications into clear, actionable data entries.
- Lead data‑driven surveys across Design and Manufacturing Engineering to define expectations for Design for Excellence (DFX) and test procedures.
- Ensure plant availability by supporting manufacturing line ramp‑up, providing product investigation training, and delivering input on form issues.
- Analyze yield data, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability.
- Work closely with the Product team to assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate the onboarding of New Product Introduction (NPI) BOMs into the PDM system, supporting secondary source part qualification and the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs).
- Partner with Quality Engineers to define product quality and reliability targets, approve product capability plans, support reliability testing, and review results to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Provide remote assistance to suppliers, facilitating pre‑production builds and ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s manufacturing standards.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all data entry activities, adhering to internal audit requirements and industry best practices.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply‑chain or manufacturing environment, specifically focused on assembly and testing of complex electronic systems.
- Hands‑on experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and component suppliers for server‑class hardware (e.g., GPUs, FPGAs, ASICs).
- Proven ability to develop and execute test plans for complex electronic assemblies, including post‑silicon validation.
- Solid understanding of ASIC Design for Test (DFT), Automated Test Equipment (ATE) processes, and post‑silicon verification.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and scripting in Python or similar languages for data manipulation and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret yield data, identify trends, and propose data‑driven improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for cross‑functional teams.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hardware design verification, including creating test benches and validation scripts.
- Exposure to product lifecycle management (PLM) tools such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and statistical analysis methods (e.g., Weibull, Monte Carlo).
- Prior involvement in large‑scale data‑center hardware projects, especially those involving high‑density compute modules.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related process‑improvement methodologies.
- Fluency in a second language (Spanish is a plus) to facilitate collaboration with suppliers in Latin America.
