Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-22

Welcome to arenaflex – Transforming Everyday Chores into Delightful Experiences

At arenaflex, we are on a mission to simplify the lives of busy professionals, families, and anyone who values their time. Our innovative mobile‑first platform lets customers press a button, schedule a pickup, and receive freshly laundered and expertly ironed garments at their doorstep the next day. Recognised with multiple industry awards for rapid growth, exceptional service, and cutting‑edge technology, arenaflex is redefining the laundry and dry‑cleaning market across the United Kingdom and beyond.

Our success is built on a foundation of relentless customer focus, seamless logistics, and a culture that celebrates curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for passionate, high‑performing individuals to join our award‑winning Customer Care team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment and love turning challenges into opportunities for delight, this is the role for you.

Why This Role Matters

The Customer Care Associate is the heart of the arenaflex experience. You will serve as the primary liaison between our valued customers, our network of professional drivers, and our trusted dry‑cleaning partners. Your ability to listen, empathise, and resolve issues quickly will directly influence customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and the overall reputation of arenaflex. This is not a scripted call‑center job; it is a dynamic, problem‑solving position that requires both emotional intelligence and operational savvy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications across phone, email, and in‑app chat, handling an average of 50+ interactions per day.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and solution‑oriented support to customers, ensuring each interaction reflects arenaflex’s high standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot service‑related issues, ranging from pickup scheduling conflicts to garment‑specific concerns.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members while maintaining ownership and follow‑through until resolution.
  • Coordinate with drivers and dry‑cleaning partners to resolve logistical challenges, ensuring seamless hand‑offs and timely deliveries.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, capturing key details for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Identify recurring pain points and collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to propose enhancements.
  • Participate in a two‑week intensive training program in London (travel and accommodation fully covered) to master arenaflex’s platform, policies, and service standards.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s compliance and data‑privacy guidelines, safeguarding customer information at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment by sharing knowledge, offering mentorship, and embracing feedback.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of proven experience in a customer‑care, support, or service‑focused role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
  • Reliability and punctuality, including flexibility to work weekends when required (typically every second weekend).
  • Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to upholding arenaflex’s brand values.
  • Comfort with handling a high volume of calls and messages while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn arenaflex’s proprietary CRM platform.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Experience in the on‑demand logistics, e‑commerce, or subscription‑service sectors.
  • Familiarity with laundry, dry‑cleaning, or textile care processes.
  • Previous exposure to remote work environments and self‑managed schedules.
  • Fluency in additional languages to support a diverse customer base.
  • Certification in conflict resolution, customer experience management, or related fields.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Empathy & Active Listening: Ability to understand customer emotions and needs, translating them into effective solutions.
  • Problem‑Solving: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to resolve issues without escalating whenever possible.

  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating multiple software platforms and learning new tools rapidly.
