Position Overview
Reporting to the District Loss Prevention Manager and working closely with store leadership, you will execute core loss‑prevention duties, wear a body‑worn camera, and maintain a professional presence in the designated front‑of‑store area. Key Responsibilities
- Visual Deterrence: Maintain a prominent, professional stance at the front of the store to discourage theft and dishonest activity.
- Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, demonstrate respect, and direct them to appropriate resources (store management or customer service) via a company‑issued radio.
- Safety Protocols: Review and internalize the Store Emergency Response Guide; conduct a closing safety sweep with a manager to ensure the store is secure.
- Incident Documentation: Accurately record suspicious behavior, critical incidents, and any loss‑prevention actions in the AIIM Case Management system.
- Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with store teams, loss‑prevention partners, and management to uphold a safe, welcoming environment.
- Uniform Compliance: Wear the complete arenaflex‑approved uniform, including a body‑worn camera, at all times while on duty.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all arenaflex policies, procedures, and cultural standards without exception.

Essential Qualifications
