As an Experienced Remote Sales Customer Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention
  • *Essential Qualifications**

• 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including salesforce.com or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of sales metrics and performance indicators, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working in a remote sales environment, with a strong understanding of virtual sales strategies and tactics

  • Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and understand our offerings
  • Certification in sales, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or the Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement tools and technologies, including sales automation platforms and sales intelligence software
