Associate Training Content Developer

As an Associate Training Content Developer, you will create impactful learning solutions for the Revenue Team, designing high-quality training curriculum to enhance essential knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive training activities and courses across multiple delivery channels to increase mastery of key skill sets
• Ensure that current courses are accurate and relevant
• Commitment to a collaborative environment with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability
• Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability, not afraid to get hands-on
• Begin to leverage development tools to create interactive, visually engaging, and impactful training experiences
• Begin to understand and utilize A.D.D.I.E Training Method

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Demonstrated experience managing medium to large projects directly and through others
• Excellent written and verbal skills/ability to communicate well across diverse teams
• Highly organized and outcome-driven with the ability to meet project milestones and deadlines while working on concurrent projects and juggling multiple priorities
• Experience in a corporate training environment
• Consistent track record of building positive relationships across a diverse range of partners and working across boundaries to deliver results
• Experience making learning exciting, fun, and social
