About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Designer to help bring our brand and communications to life as we grow. Working closely with our Marketing Lead, you’ll play a key role in executing how we show up across channels. You’ll refine and scale our visual identity to ensure consistent, high-quality branding, and create compelling assets for campaigns, partnerships, and product launches. Alongside this, you’ll assist our Marketing Lead to write and develop content for our website, social media, and other communications, helping translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives. This is a hands-on role with a lot of ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys combining design and storytelling to support a mission-driven organisation. No work travel is required. ️ Key Responsibilities

  • Design System: Refine, maintain, and scale a cohesive design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality design across product, brand, and communications.
  • Graphic Design: Produce compelling templates and visuals for reports, presentations, marketing campaigns, social media, planning docs, and more.
  • Content Creation: Write and develop content for social media, website pages, and marketing materials, translating complex topics into clear, engaging narratives tailored to different audiences.
  • Campaign & Communications Support: Work closely with the Marketing Lead to execute campaigns and communications across channels, including social media accounts, Google Ads, our CRM system (Hubspot), etc.
  • (Ideally) Web Design: Create and iterate on web page layouts, and graphics for our digital platforms, based on our design system. Design new websites for future projects. Work closely with our Software Engineers, and make their jobs easier by facilitating automation of design system implementation.
