Job Presentation Within the PRESIDENCE AI Direction, you will work as an (Internship) Automotive Fleet Manager F/H. The company has a fleet of about 500 vehicles (service, function, and utility vehicles). As part of its modernization approach and its CSR policy, it is progressively developing its fleet of electric vehicles and implementing actions aimed at reducing its environmental impact. Within the service in charge of the automotive fleet, you participate in the daily management of the fleet under the supervision of your tutor. Main duties - Administrative management of the fleet Updating vehicle data in management tools Monitoring assignments and returns Verification of administrative documents (insurances, registration certificates, contracts) Monitoring of administrative deadlines - Technical and operational follow-up Organization of maintenance and technical checks Monitoring of garage interventions and service providers Processing of accidents and updating of vehicle files - Cost tracking and reporting Checking of invoices related to the fleet Monitoring of expenses (fuel, maintenance, tolls) Updating of Excel dashboards Contribution to management indicators - Support to users Responding to requests from employees Management of fuel cards and electronic toll collection interfaces Interface with external service providers Assistance in case of technical or administrative problems - Contribution to CSR projects Monitoring of electric vehicles Collection of energy consumption data Monitoring of environmental indicators Participation in sustainable mobility actions Profile Sought You are preparing a BTS (management, administrative or equivalent) in an internship.
