Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support tailored to the music and entertainment sectors. Manage social media accounts and engage in inbound/outbound marketing. Handle scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements. Coordinate bookings and track expenses. Support website management, blog updates, and content creation. Maintain professional communication, both verbal and written. Multi-task efficiently and uphold a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
Experience in the music, entertainment, or a related industry is highly valued. Proficient in social media management, scheduling, marketing, and content creation. Skilled in handling expense tracking, travel planning, and website support. Proficient with both Windows and Mac platforms. Associate's degree or some college education preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Specialized Skills Experience in marketing, web design, and social media. Knowledge of IT support and web maintenance (e.g., WordPress, SquareSpace).
