Billing and Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
- Manage and process billing through Clio Manage (time entries, invoices, payments)
- Coordinate billing details and updates with attorneys and clients
- Track billable hours and ensure accuracy across multiple matters
- Follow up on overdue invoices and client payments as needed
- Maintain organized records of client communications and billing histories
- Support administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling
- Communicate professionally via email, phone, and client portals
Requirements:
- Experience using Clio Manage (billing, timekeeping, or client management)
- Prior experience working as a Virtual Assistant in a legal or professional services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across several clients
- Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic
