Saving Lives with Early Detection Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (Telehealth Support) – Full-Time Remote | Full-Time | $100,000/year + Benefits & Equity HALO Diagnostics is seeking a Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. In this full-time, remote role, you’ll support our Telehealth Nurse Practitioners by driving quality initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing clinical excellence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve care for a diverse, nationwide patient population — all while being part of a mission-driven, fast-growing health tech company. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across clinical programs
- Identify, manage, and ensure timely follow-up on clinical discrepancies
- Conduct audits and compliance assessments to meet regulatory standards
- Provide training and education on best practices and quality procedures
- Analyze clinical and operational data to guide improvements and policy updates
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in quality assurance or quality control
- Deep understanding of nursing standards and familiarity with laboratory operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must hold a valid state nursing license with NLC (or willing to obtain)
