About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Paralegal to join our fast‑growing legal services team. In this role you will be the connective tissue between our attorneys, clients, and external counsel, ensuring that every case file, contract, and discovery request is organized, accurate, and delivered on schedule. Reporting directly to the Senior Litigation Manager, you will help drive efficiency across our litigation and corporate practice groups while supporting the firm’s mission to provide high‑quality, client‑focused legal solutions from anywhere in the United States. Because we operate virtually, you’ll collaborate with colleagues scattered across time zones, but all of us will be anchored by a shared commitment to precision, confidentiality, and proactive problem‑solving. --- Key Responsibilities -

Case File Management:

Create, maintain, and audit electronic case files in

Clio

and

MyCase

, ensuring 100 % compliance with our document retention policy for every matter originating in Baltimore, Maryland. -

Legal Research:

Conduct statutory, case law, and regulatory research using

Westlaw

and

LexisNexis

, summarizing findings in concise memoranda for senior attorneys within 48 hours of request. -

Drafting & Review:

Prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements in

Microsoft Word

and

Adobe Acrobat

, flagging any inconsistencies and applying the firm’s style guide before submission to the court. -

E‑Discovery Support:

Upload, tag, and produce documents in

Relativity

and

Fastcase

, meeting strict production deadlines (average turnaround ≤ 3 business days). -

Client Communication:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients in Baltimore, Maryland and elsewhere, providing status updates via
