- 15 Required Extensive knowledge of federal labor laws.
- 15 Required Extensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, etc. to support functional responsibilities.
- 12 Required Extensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
- Responsible for functional configuration skills, including, but not limited to
- Configuring workflow (AWE-Approval Workflow Engine)
- Creating queries using PS/Query and SAP Business Objects
- Setting up tables (job codes, positions, departments, compensation, etc.)
- Understanding HR business units, Set IDs, and Table structures
- Distribute forms in accordance with IRS regulations and deadlines
- Successfully build interface files for electronic transmission and filing in accordance with IRS regulations and deadlines
- Responsible for technical skillsets for applicable tools, including, but not limited to:
- Understanding Application Designer (records, fields, pages, components)
- Integration Broker (Web Services, REST/SOAP Integrations)
- SQR and BI Publisher report customization
- SQL Proficiency.
