  • Document Preparation: Convert verified data into PDF format for printing, filing, and distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Purging: Identify and remove redundant or obsolete records, maintaining a clean and efficient database environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal analysts, supervisors, and IT support to share best practices, troubleshoot data issues, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage electronic equipment, specialized data entry software, and MS Office tools to streamline data capture and processing.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to data entry procedures, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Legal Department.
  • Compliance Assurance: Follow arenaflex’s data security policies and legal compliance guidelines to protect sensitive information.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on data entry experience, preferably within a legal or government environment.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional typing speed (70+ WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with team members and supervisors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with legal case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, or proprietary arenaflex platforms).
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as FISMA, GDPR, or other federal data protection standards.
  • Knowledge of PDF creation tools and batch processing utilities.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying data inconsistencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment without sacrificing quality.
