Position Overview

The Online Chat Assistant role at arenaflex is a customer service position centered on providing real-time support to Walmart shoppers through live chat platforms. As an integral member of the customer experience team, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the high standards of both arenaflex and the retail brand we represent.

You'll engage directly with customers via chat to help them navigate products, track orders, understand policies, and resolve concerns. This is not a phone-based role — your primary tool will be your written communication, making it ideal for professionals who excel at typing, multitasking, and delivering clear, friendly, and accurate information in writing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through Walmart's online chat system, ensuring every interaction is courteous, helpful, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Product Support: Provide accurate and detailed information about Walmart products, including features, availability, pricing, and compatibility.
  • Order Assistance: Help customers track orders, process modifications, manage returns, and resolve shipping or delivery concerns.

  • Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills, ideally 45+ WPM, with the ability to navigate between systems efficiently.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using chat platforms, web browsers, CRM tools, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
  • Reliable Home Setup: A quiet, distraction-free workspace, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a personal computer.
