Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry & Call Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of our customer service and data management operations. Your day-to-day contributions will directly impact the experience of our customers and the integrity of our information systems. Core responsibilities include:

  • Accurate Data Input: Entering high-volume customer and transaction data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms with a strong emphasis on precision and consistency.
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Handling incoming calls, emails, and live chat conversations to address customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Issue Escalation: Identifying complex or sensitive customer issues and escalating them appropriately to senior support staff or specialized departments, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Database Maintenance: Verifying, updating, and correcting customer records to ensure data integrity across all systems. Performing routine audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with team leads, quality assurance, and other departments to identify trends, share customer feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Policy Adherence: Following arenaflex’s data security protocols, privacy regulations, and customer service guidelines to protect sensitive information and uphold company standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, data accuracy rates, customer satisfaction scores, and daily productivity benchmarks.

Essential Qualifications
