Position Overview

The Remote Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in supporting the operational backbone of arenaflex. You will be responsible for entering, verifying, updating, and maintaining data across multiple platforms, databases, and spreadsheets. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain information across company databases, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and other digital systems used by arenaflex.
  • Verify and review all data for errors, inconsistencies, missing fields, and completeness before final submission or storage.
  • Perform ongoing data cleansing, deduplication, and quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards of data integrity across all systems.
  • Generate detailed and accurate reports from databases and spreadsheets as requested by team leads, managers, or executive stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, strictly adhering to arenaflex’s data privacy and security protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems, ensuring all records are easy to retrieve, properly labeled, and stored according to company policy.
  • Monitor data workflows and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline repetitive data entry processes.
  • Adhere to all arenaflex data management policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant regulations as applicable.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to data management initiatives, special projects, and audits as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Proven experience working as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar data-focused administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic functions) and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in large volumes of data.
