Key Responsibilities
Strategic CES Feedback Collection & Analysis
- Partner with the Customer Experience & Service teams to design and execute robust feedback‑collection programs across multiple channels (surveys, in‑app prompts, support tickets, social listening, etc.).
- Aggregate, clean, and synthesize large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data, translating complex concepts into clear, digestible learnings for stakeholders.
- Develop compelling visualizations, automated dashboards, and self‑service reporting tools that surface key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and First‑Contact Resolution (FCR).

End‑to‑End Data Analytics Lifecycle
