Our commitment to innovation is matched only by our dedication to the people who make it happen. If you thrive on meticulous data work, love solving puzzles in SAP, and enjoy collaborating with a dynamic team, this is your chance to make a tangible impact while advancing your career.

Why This Role Matters

The Data Entry Coordinator – SAP Migration position is a pivotal role that ensures the integrity of critical business data across multiple modules. From migrating cost‑center information to creating new work centers, you will be the guardian of data quality, directly influencing the efficiency of inventory control, maintenance planning, and procurement processes. Your work will enable arenaflex’s clients to make faster, data‑driven decisions, reduce costly errors, and maintain compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP Data Migration: Recreate and validate task lists in SAP using newly assigned cost centers, guaranteeing flawless data transfer and cross‑referencing with legacy records.
  • Inventory Management: Relabel stock‑room materials with updated stickers, organize items systematically, and maintain accurate inventory tracking reports.
  • Work Center Creation: Establish new work centers for MSE, MSM, and departmental operations by copying existing templates, verifying cost‑center assignments, and confirming plant codes.
  • Maintenance Plan Updates: Adjust cost centers and planning plants on maintenance plan items, ensuring each plan reflects current organizational structures and operational needs.
  • Purchase Order Cleanup: Partner with procurement buyers to audit, clean, and close outdated purchase orders before fiscal year‑end, supporting financial accuracy.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits, identify inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest level of data integrity.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with finance, operations, and IT teams to align data standards and resolve issues promptly.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Produce clear documentation of processes, changes, and outcomes, and generate status reports for management review.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a proven track record of high accuracy and speed.
  • Strong organizational abilities; capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel for data manipulation and Word for documentation.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills; ability to detect data anomalies and devise practical solutions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Prior exposure to SAP (any module) is preferred, though not mandatory; a willingness to learn SAP fundamentals quickly is essential.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP, especially in Materials Management (MM) or Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes, cost‑center structures, and purchase‑order lifecycle management.
  • Experience performing data migrations or large‑scale data clean‑up projects.
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed procedural documentation.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or distribution workflows.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous verification of every data entry point to prevent downstream errors.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data trends, spot inconsistencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Team Orientation: Collaborative spirit that values input from procurement, finance, and operations colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast‑changing environment where priorities may shift quickly.
  • Self‑Motivation: Proactive approach to learning new systems, especially SAP, and taking ownership of tasks.

  • Structured SAP training programs (online modules, instructor‑led workshops, and hands‑on labs).
