Position Overview

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Industry: Financial Services / Real Estate Compensation: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and performance) Employment Type: Full‑time, on‑site

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage text‑based data with a focus on non‑numerical information, maintaining a minimum accuracy rate of 99.5%.
  • Organize, transcribe, and digitize documents related to property titles, real‑estate transactions, and contractual agreements.
  • Perform high‑volume scanning, filing, faxing, and email correspondence while adhering to established document‑handling protocols.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format contracts, ensuring that all terminology, dates, and signatures are correctly captured.
  • Facilitate seamless internal communication by distributing updates, memos, and reports to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams to verify that all documentation meets regulatory standards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data‑entry workflows and recommend process improvements to senior management.
