Within arenaflex, the MVTrac/MVConnect division serves as the premier provider of on‑demand data solutions for auto finance, government, and law‑enforcement organizations. Leveraging a nationwide network of digital recognition devices, we aggregate, secure, and analyze real‑time data in a highly regulated environment that meets the strictest privacy and compliance standards. Position Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, driven Customer Service Representative – Data Information Processor to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of client and lender assignments, from acceptance through processing, completion, and final asset release. You will handle a high volume of calls and digital requests, operate across multiple systems simultaneously, and ensure every interaction meets arenaflex’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept, review, and validate assignment requests from clients and lenders, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
  • Process assignments through each stage—initiation, service execution, and asset release—while adhering to lender‑specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in client and lender databases, updating status changes in real time.
  • Navigate up to 15 simultaneous tabs across multiple screens, efficiently switching between internal platforms, CRM tools, and external resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including collections, repossession, and compliance—to ensure seamless workflow and data integrity.
  • Document all interactions and outcomes in the centralized, secure database, guaranteeing audit‑ready compliance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and share feedback with leadership to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate ownership by following tasks through to completion, escalating only when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a customer‑service‑focused role, preferably within collections, repossession, or automotive finance.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States indefinitely; arenaflex does not provide sponsorship for this position.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a distraction‑free home office environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience in a remote work setting, with a proven track record of self‑motivation and time‑management.
  • Familiarity with automotive finance, repossession processes, or law‑enforcement data handling.
  • Experience using multi‑tab navigation and managing high‑volume call queues.

  • Certification in customer service excellence (e.g., HDI, COPC) or related fields.
