Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, remote Customer Care Specialist to become the voice of arenaflex for our high‑volume inbound call center. This fully remote role serves customers across the United States, Gabon, and Minnesota, providing timely, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to users of our equipment and services. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Navigate complex product information to resolve issues related to equipment operation, maintenance, and service scheduling.
  • Document each interaction accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future reference.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and relay insights to the Quality Assurance and Product Development teams.
  • Participate in call‑center simulation testing to continuously improve call flow, script effectiveness, and overall service quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
