Product Analyst

The role is working within our studio: Belka Games Belka Games is a game development company. According to Sensor Tower, the company is among the top 30 highest-grossing game developers in Europe, and its audience has recently surpassed 110 million players. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help drive product decisions through data. In this role, you will research player behavior, analyze game performance, and provide actionable recommendations to improve retention, engagement, and monetization metrics. You will work closely with a game producer, game designers and developers to identify growth opportunities, evaluate new features, and support data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in the process of developing mobile games Work closely with product team to help validate feature goals, prioritize initiatives, and support product decision-making through data analysis Define in-game data tracking requirements for new features and product initiatives. Conduct a full cycle of A/B testing Research player behavior and provide recommendations to improve engagement and monetization metrics Develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring systems for key product KPIs Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3+ years of experience in product analysis within mobile gaming Excellent understanding of mathematical statistics Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (Redash, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy) Ability to describe complex things intelligently and simply Initiative and independence Strong business mindset with focus on growth, profitability, and product performance impact Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills Fluent in English and Russian Knowledge of machine learning would be a big plus Working at Tripledot Flexibility: Choose the setup that works best for you (in office or remote) Impact: As part of the leadership team, you'll shape product vision and strategy, driving decisions that influence the company's growth Collaboration: We foster a culture where strong opinions are welcomed, ideas are challenged constructively, and the best solutions win Data-driven culture: We base product decisions on metrics and insights, not opinions And of course, the essentials: Official employment or B2B contract, health insurance, and partial reimbursement for your gym membership Apply To This Job
