Skills and Qualifications: • 1-5 years of corporate recruiting or 3rd party staffing agency experience, with a track record of sourcing and hiring top talent. • If you have sales experience and the ability to influence, that is a major plus. • A passion for the art of recruiting and a commitment to finding the right individuals who align with our values and goals. • Proven ability to proactively source candidates through various channels and conduct effective interviews. • Proven ability to proactively source candidates through various channels and conduct effective interviews. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess candidates and make informed hiring decisions. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse teams and candidates. • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology, such as ReSkillify, Slack, Calendly, Aloware, Audaci4, Hoot Hire, Crelate, LinkedIn, Seamless, and Google Drive. • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT, Bard, Pi, Claude, Playground, and GodMode, with prompt engineering experience preferred. • Proactive sourcing skills and the willingness to attend events and travel to connect with potential candidates. • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on tracking progress and achieving recruitment goals. • Commitment to confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
