[Remote] Business Development Partner – Commission Only

They are seeking motivated sales professionals to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals for their services in a commission-based role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, networking, and other channels
- Build relationships with business owners, founders, and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and present relevant Alphanizes services
- Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
- Negotiate and assist in closing deals
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities
- Collaborate with the Alphanizes team to ensure a smooth handoff after deal closure
Skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience selling digital services is a plus but not mandatory
