[Remote] Recruiter (Part Time, Contract)

They are seeking a part-time, contract Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, particularly for go-to-market roles, while building and maintaining talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the competencies and requirements of each role, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Utilize creative sourcing methods to access a wide array of talent pools, incorporating unconventional sources to broaden our reach
- Serve as a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, offering insights on market trends and best practices in hiring
- Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates and maintaining relationships with potential hires
Skills
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in using proactive and creative sourcing strategies, with an ability to attract and engage passive candidates
- Track record of partnering with C-level executives to drive strategic hiring initiatives in high-growth tech startups
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and how to engage top talent in the enterprise tech industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire candidates and influence hiring decisions
- Experience with Greenhouse is preferred
