The Global Digital Marketing Specialist role involves supporting digital marketing initiatives for the Interventional business unit, enhancing brand visibility, and collaborating with various teams to implement effective digital strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives in alignment with business objectives and communication priorities
  • Coordinate and manage digital marketing tools, platforms, and activities to support global sales organizations
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of digital channels including website, email, paid media, and social media
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to help deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Support content updates, approvals, and governance processes for global interventional websites
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of web properties, including basic HTML/CSS adjustments and CMS content management
  • Analyze website performance and user behavior via Google Analytics (GA4) to help identify opportunities to enhance UX/UI and effectiveness
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across Web, SEO/SEM, Email, LinkedIn, and other social channels
  • Assist in the management of paid campaigns via LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads Manager
  • Contribute to content creation, editorial planning, and campaign asset development
  • Monitor campaign performance and support reporting against defined KPIs
  • Support the creation and management of email campaigns and nurture programs in Marketo, including segmentation and basic A/B testing
  • Assist in maintaining lead management workflows and data hygiene within the marketing automation system and Salesforce CRM
  • Contribute to the evaluation and optimization of customer journeys and conversion funnels
  • Support performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making

Skills

  • Bachelor level degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or regulated industry environment
  • Familiarity with the medical device or healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Marketing Automation: Marketo
  • CRM: Salesforce
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager
  • Paid Media: Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Campaign Manager
  • CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Drupal, or similar)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Basic graphic design / video editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Familiarity with social media management and listening platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite)
  • Understanding of tracking, tagging, and attribution (UTMs, pixels, basic analytics)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across regions and functions
  • Attend industry events to understand trends and suggest accompanying strategic initiative
