[Remote] Wealth Management Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IDR, Inc. is seeking a Wealth Management Business Analyst to join one of their top clients. This role involves supporting a major project within the wealth management industry by focusing on requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance business operations and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and business requirements
• Develop detailed use cases, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting verification activities

Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analysis and/or Quality Assurance experience
• Strong experience within Wealth Management, Investment Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services environments
• Deep understanding of wealth management performance reporting, attribution, and performance calculations
• Experience writing business requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and test cases
