[Remote] Associate Technical Project Manager

They are seeking a growth-minded Associate Technical Project Manager to coordinate delivery between clients and the engineering team while developing into a more senior role over time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate software delivery across engineering, product, clients, and leadership
  • Support delivery for one enterprise client across multiple active projects
  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and project execution
  • Help ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and offshore engineering team
  • Facilitate sprint planning, status tracking, and delivery reporting
  • Partner with clients to communicate progress, priorities, and next steps
  • Help establish and maintain a consistent delivery cadence (check-ins, reporting, updates)
  • Monitor progress and flag risks or blockers early
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and team coordination
  • Contribute to building scalable delivery processes as the company grows

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, technical project coordination or project management
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile delivery, and modern software development practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep work moving forward
  • Comfortable working with distributed or offshore teams
  • Experience working alongside engineering teams
  • Exposure to Agile or similar delivery frameworks
  • Some experience supporting client-facing work
  • Experience in consulting, SaaS, custom software development, or professional services
  • Familiarity with GovCon, sustainability, ESG, or climate-focused organizations
