[Remote] Fractional Marketing Operations Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lettuce Financial is a rapidly scaling company seeking a fractional Marketing Operations Lead to enhance their marketing execution. This role focuses on building and managing reporting infrastructure, supporting marketing operations, and driving data analysis to improve decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build and own weekly marketing performance reporting via HubSpot — channel metrics, funnel conversion, and campaign readouts
- Build dashboards in HubSpot to track and report on brand and product marketing KPIs; surface trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Support experimentation by setting up tracking, running test readouts, and documenting results
- Synthesize data from HubSpot, PostHog, and other sources into clear, decision-ready summaries
- Support forecasting and goal tracking for the marketing team
- Manage day-to-day project workflows across product, content, lifecycle, and creative workstreams to keep initiatives on track
- Support content calendar management, creative production tracking, and campaign launch coordination
- Maintain team documentation, process guides, and operational trackers
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements that help the team move faster
Skills
- 5+ years in marketing operations or marketing analytics
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience — you've built dashboards, managed workflows, and owned reporting (not just used it)
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable pulling, cleaning, and interpreting marketing data to make recommendations
- Experience building and maintaining performance dashboards and reports
- Familiarity with campaign attribution, UTM tracking, and funnel analysis
- Highly organized project manager who keeps multiple workstreams moving without dropping the ball
- Proactive and self-directed — you identify what needs to happen and do it
- Strong written communicator who can turn complex data into clear takeaways
- Experience with PostHog, Notion, or Atlassian/Confluence
- Background supporting content or creative production workflows
- Experience at a startup or fast-growth company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
