[Remote] CAPPS Talent Management Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced CAPPS Talent Management Analyst to support a large-scale PeopleSoft HCM environment. This role focuses on Recruiting, OnBoarding, and Performance Management modules within an enterprise HR and payroll system.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG), OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management modules
- Configure recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, approval routing, security roles, and system settings
- Provide functional support for recruiting, onboarding, and performance management business processes
- Troubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, security concerns, and integration problems
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and recruiting operations
- Support testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and system upgrades
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, batch processes, and data migrations
- Provide Tier 2 support, incident management, documentation, and end-user training
- Participate in upgrade testing, disaster recovery activities, audits, and major incident management processes
Skills
- 8+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Talent Management modules including TAM/CG, OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management
- 8+ years of PeopleSoft configuration experience in recruiting or performance management solutions
- Experience managing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- Strong technical knowledge of Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and PeopleSoft security
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft batch processing and scheduling tools
- Experience with PUM, Fluid UI, Elasticsearch, and PeopleSoft lifecycle management
- Experience supporting integrations across large ERP environments
- Experience developing test plans, executing UAT, and supporting system enhancements
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management practices
- Strong communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting CAPPS or other large enterprise PeopleSoft environments
- Experience supporting multi-agency or large-scale public sector organizations
- Experience with onboarding security and workflow administration
- Experience leading functional projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of HR policies, recruiting processes, and workforce management best practices
