[Remote] Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

They are seeking a Senior Manager in Strategic Finance to enhance financial decision-making, improve planning processes, and build analytical systems to support their mission as they scale operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive global budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, in partnership with finance business partners and programmatic staff
- Improve the tools and processes behind budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Conduct financial analyses across Programs, Growth, Product, and Shared Services to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support initiatives such as cost-efficiency efforts, resource allocation analyses, and scenario planning
- Help leaders in the organization identify and answer high-impact financial questions
Skills
- A structured problem-solver with 5–8 years of experience in a top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similarly rigorous environment
- Highly analytical — you use data to generate insights and drive decisions
- A clear, direct communicator — you cut through complexity and influence senior stakeholders with concise, well-structured thinking
- Technically fluent — you have exceptional skills with spreadsheets and dashboards, and you are excited to apply AI and automation to real analytical problems
- High ownership, low ego — you take responsibility for outcomes, prioritize ruthlessly, and follow through
- Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity — you enjoy working on problems that don't have a clean answer yet, and you bring genuine intellectual energy to questions about resource allocation and organizational scale
